Order Processing Times

• Original artwork is typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.

• Art prints are processed within 3–7 business days as they are made to order.

• Custom commissions will have a processing and shipping timeline provided individually upon order confirmation.

Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Shipping for Original Artwork

Original paintings and artwork are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Some large originals may require additional handling time or special delivery services. You will be notified if additional arrangements are necessary.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
